We specialize in hosting memorable mahjong events for the community and for corporate clients. We teach and play the Hong Kong version of mahjong and ensure an inclusive, friendly, no-gambling environment. Whether you're a complete beginner who has never touched a tile, looking to refresh your skills, or a seasoned enthusiast, we cater to all levels of play.
Community Events
Our community events are designed to be fun and engaging, offering a mix of learn-to-play sessions and social gatherings. We take care of all the details, including: venue sourcing, ticket sales, run-of-show logistics, mahjong teaching, and reference material creation.
Corporate Events
Looking for a unique and engaging way to connect with your team or clients? Our corporate events are learn-to-play, social play, or a mix of both. We can be tailor the activity to your specific needs and will manage the entire experience from start to finish, providing:
Flexible Capacity - we can run up to 10 MJ tables concurrently, accommodating theoretically up to 40 players, with options for player rotation to include even more people. Our minimum capacity for corporate events is 4 tables (16 players).
Equipment - we supply all the necessary mahjong tables and sets.
Expert Training - we develop and deliver mahjong training.
Ongoing Support - our team provides coaching and support to players throughout the event.
Resources - we create reference sheets for players to use during the event.
Marketing Support - we can assist with the wording (mahjong portion) of the marketing collateral for your event.
What Our Clients Provide
To ensure a smooth and successful event, our clients typically provide:
The Venue - we're happy to help source locations if needed.
Chairs - 4 chairs per table.
Onsite Support - we request 1 to 2 members of your team to assist with event operations.
Food and Beverages - if desired, you can arrange for food and drinks. We can provide a list of recommended vendors and even help with the ordering process.
Event Duration
Our mahjong events typically run for 2 to 3 hours, with an additional 30 minutes on either side for set up and take down. Corporate events are typically held towards the end of the work day, but we are open to discussing that timing.
Investment
Our private mahjong events are designed to accommodate groups of 16 to 60 people. The investment will depend on the number of participants and the number of tables required.
